What is the Shipping Cost?

We ship worldwide for free. Standard shipping is always free. Sometimes Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee.

 

How long will my package take?

Total time will include a short processing and handling time.

  • Processing time 5-7 business days
  • Shipping time once sent 6-15 business days
  • Total time about 15-30 days depending on your location
  • (USA) Some items will ship from the USA using USPS 4-12 day delivery

    What is the On Time Shipping Guarantee?

    Don't worry, when it comes to lost or late items, you are protected. You will receive a full refund if your order is not received by the delivery date. The delivery date will vary depending on the item and location and may be up to 60 days. You may contact us at any time to request the OTDG for your specific product. When standard shipping is selected, the delivery date is generally 30 days.

     

     I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?

    Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you :)  

     

    I placed an order but didn't receive a conformation email....What's going on? 

    Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. 

     

    Missing Package?

    On that rare occasion that your item goes missing or shows up a little late, don't worry. All you need to do is contact us at our contact page. We will reply in 24 hours. If for some reason we don't (don't worry we always reply) Just send us an email again. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, any issues that arise we fix ASAP.

     

    Does duty tax apply?

    Some countries will charge VAT or other duties. It is up you to find out if you have to pay additional duties or not. Unless you have a large order you should be OK, but please double check with your local customs before placing an order.

     

    Will there be a shipping confirmation once the order is placed?
    We will update you with a tracking number through email approximately 2
    - 5 days after you place your order.

    How do I order?
    1.  Go to the item page of the product that you would like to order.
    2. Select the quantity of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart”
    3. Click "Check Out" in the pop up window.
    4. In the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping        address) and then click "Continue to Shipping Method"
    5. Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen
    6. Then fill in your credit card information and click "complete order" to finish the transaction.
